Motor City Percussion
Motor City Percussion is a Percussion Independent Open (PIO) ensemble that is based in the Metro Detroit area of Michigan. MCP competes in the Winter Guard International and Michigan Alliance for Performing Arts circuits with members from high schools, and colleges all across Michigan. Our membership is open to any interested percussionist between the ages of 13 to 22. MCP offers a unique family experience to their members with a large dedicated full time staff with years of teaching and performing experience , and a sizable group of veteran members that have marched for multiple seasons. Together our goal is to offer a high quality, comfortable, and competitive experience in marching percussion.
